ReCo merges both workflows in one place: a live, bot-free transcript plus a context-aware AI chat that already knows the CV, the job description, and what was said in the call — no copy-pasting between tools. We take data security seriously. Here is how ReCo handles your data:

AI processing: When you use ReCo's AI features, anonymized interview transcripts and CV content are transmitted to OpenAI's API to generate outputs. Before anything is sent, ReCo automatically strips real names from transcripts (replacing them with "Recruiter" and "Candidate") and runs mandatory CV anonymization in your browser — original personal data never leaves your device. OpenAI does not use API data to train its models or improve their services. See openai.com/enterprise-privacy and openai.com/security for details.

Local storage: All transcripts, reports, CVs, and notes are stored locally on your device. Recruiter Companion Labs PSA does not retain or have access to those files.

What we do store: Only technical usage metrics — which features were used, token consumption, and associated costs. No transcript or CV content is included in these logs.

Today, ReCo works with online interviews in Google Meet and Microsoft Teams through Chrome. Face-to-face interview capture and browser-to-phone candidate calls are coming soon.

Each format keeps the live transcript and interview context inside the same ReCo workspace, without a meeting bot or audio and video storage.
